Wild Beast Craft Brewery – Fermentation Room
The brewery is set in the oldest building on the farm, dating back to 1812. The old walls are a metre thick and provide excellent insulation. We replaced the ceiling, cast a new concrete floor and installed cooling. We brew in 500 litre batches and ferment in 1,000 litre fermenters in a temperature controlled cold room. All beers are bottle conditioned for a minimum of 14 days at 18 to 22 degrees Celsius.
